Requirements for Third-Party DMV Drive Test
Failure to meet ALL the requirements will result in forfeit of the appointment AND fee!

Do not contact the DMV to schedule, cancel or re-schedule a Third-Party DMV Drive Test with Southern Oregon Driver Education, Inc. (S.O.D.E., Inc.). Please contact S.O.D.E., Inc. if you have any questions (541)499-0132.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT:
YOU WILL ONLY SEE APPOINTMENTS FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE ANY TIMES, IT'S BECAUSE WE ARE FULL FOR THE UPCOMING THREE WEEKS.

Please note: "three weeks" is a rolling 21 days from the moment you're checking.
For example: if you need an afternoon appointment in three weeks,
you'll need to wait until the afternoon to see that time available.

POLICY FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS:
IF WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE DETERMINED UNSAFE BY OUR LEAD EXAMINER, THE OFFICE WILL CALL YOU TO RESCHEDULE:
- All appointments between 8am and 12pm, will be contacted by 4pm the day before your appointment.
- All appointments between 12pm and 7pm, you will be contacted by 11am the day of the appointment.
**You will not be charged to reschedule if our office contacts you to reschedule due to weather conditions.

Phoenix Oregon - S.O.D.E. Inc. Office - 4374 S Pacific Hwy
Grants Pass - Rogue Plaza, 777 NE 7th St. (please check in with Receptionist)
Roseburg - Seven 13 Studios building, 815 SE Oak Ave (across from park garage)
Eugene - 1061 Chambers St. (same entrance as Pride Motors)
Hillsboro- Amberglen, 1915 NE Stucki Ave.
Lake Oswego - 5 Centerpointe Dr., office #87, 4th floor
Where I-5 & Hwy 217 meet, just off Kruse Way

A DMV Certified Examiner will conduct the Third Party DMV Drive Test.
The Applicant and Examiner will be the only persons in the vehicle. No pets, translators or children permitted in the vehicle during the drive test.
